At Baltic Hot Tubs Ltd, every wood-fired Hot Tub is custom-built to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges – under any circumstances – once a purchase has been confirmed.
Built-to-Order Products
All of our wood-fired Hot Tubs are manufactured exclusively to your chosen specifications. As each order is unique and tailored to individual requirements, it cannot be resold or repurposed. For this reason, we cannot offer:
- Returns for unwanted products
- Exchanges for alternative models or specifications
- Refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed
Customer Acknowledgement
This policy is made clear to all customers before purchase. By proceeding with an order, you acknowledge and accept that the product is built to order and therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. In the unlikely event that your wood-fired Hot Tub arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
